288wi reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. This may include requesting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
Accounts that cannot be verified or are found to contain false information will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed with all balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 288wi account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
All activity conducted through your account — including all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all bonuses claimed — will be treated as having been authorised by you. 288wi accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

All deposits and withdrawals on 288wi are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 288wi supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change at 288wi's discretion with reasonable notice provided to players.
Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. 288wi reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
288wi does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees. 288wi is not responsible for any third-party charges applied by your financial institution.
Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from 288wi's operational funds, in accordance with the requirements of our international gaming licence.
288wi offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is made. These bonus-specific terms supplement and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Unless stated otherwise in the applicable offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 288wi promotions:

All wagers placed on 288wi — whether on cricket markets, live casino tables, slots, or instant games — are final once confirmed by the system. 288wi does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse wagers after confirmation, except in cases where a manifest technical error has occurred and is confirmed by 288wi's technical team.
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or disconnection during a game or live betting event, 288wi will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on the game state at the point of interruption. 288wi's decision in all such matters is final and binding.
For cricket and sports betting markets, the settlement of bets is governed by the specific sport rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between sport- specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that betting market.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and cashier section. 288wi reserves the right to void any wager that exceeds published maximum stake limits.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288wi platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
288wi reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account involved in prohibited conduct without prior notice. All balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals associated with such accounts are subject to forfeiture.
All content on the 288wi platform — including but not limited to the 288wi brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 288wi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 288wi platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 288wi content without prior written consent from 288wi.
288wi collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on 288wi, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein.
288wi uses your personal data to operate your account, process financial transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, conduct KYC and AML checks, deliver customer support, and provide you with relevant promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
288wi does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems — solely to the extent necessary to deliver the services described above.

288wi reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, without notice, if it reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or for any other reason consistent with its regulatory obligations. In cases of confirmed fraud, breach of Terms, or prohibited conduct, balances held in the account may be forfeited in full.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288wi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions.
288wi's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 288wi's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
288wi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 288wi will provide reasonable notice to active players via email or an on-screen notification upon login. Minor or administrative amendments may take effect immediately without individual notification.
Your continued use of the 288wi platform after amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288wi holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 288wi support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming regulatory authority.
